The ideal candidate will have 2+ years experience in a production network environment, supporting workstations, servers, and network equipment.
Must be willing to work with end users for support, and work well with other team members and department managers.
You will be responsible for roughly 45-50 workstations, 3 production servers running windows server, and the VoIP network/phone equipment that is onsite.
Communication and working well with others is a big part in this role.
The primary role of this position will be complete IT infrastructure support from network administration to desktop support.
The company will provide additional training with their internal ERP system to the right candidate, so they can provide future maintenance and support of the companies manufacturing application.
Desired Skills:
Windows XP & Windows 7 knowledge
Windows 2003 and 2008 server
Microsoft SQL 2000 and 2005
Microsoft Exchange 2007
DNS
DHCP
Network Troubleshooting
Microsoft Certifications MCSE, MCP or MCSA are a plus but not required.
Optional Skills:
ERP systems and APICS knowledge a plus.
St. Bernard iPrism technology
Candidates with experience in the following skills will get priority consideration:
